    Caliber is the leading multi-site operator of automotive services in the United States with a nationwide footprint. Caliber provides bumper-to-bumper solutions for collision repair, auto care maintenance, auto glass repair, and automotive scanning and diagnostics. Caliber has more than 30,000 teammates, +1700 individual locations in 41 states and generated $6 billion in sales FY 2023.

     


    ·       Created and led communications from 528 centers to more than 1700 from both high-volume acquisition and a merger that doubled our size, three CEO changes, three leaders of Marketing and Human Resources, and COVID

    ·       Designed and launched omni-channel internal communications function from the ground up and positioned communications as a thought leader and partner of excellence.

    ·       Chief storyteller, leading culture and communications strategies and planning for a high-performing communications team from 528 centers to more than 1700,

    ·       Creative director for visual designers including graphic design for print and digital branding and for video team for leadership, storytelling, instructional, social, and web content, recognized by Ragan Communications, the nation’s leading thought leader in communications for Outstanding Video Communications.

    ·       Designed and launched the company’s first mobile-friendly, digital intranet accessible to all teammates which received recognition from Unily, a cloud intranet solution recently awarded across the top three leading analyst firm reports: Gartner Magic Quadrant, The Forrester Wave, and the IDC MarketScape. Intranet adoption grew 73.6% since launch and increased in monthly views of more than 5000%.

    ·       Developed transformative change communications that led teammates through COVID as an essential business, updating nearly all our SOPs to ensure the safety of our teammates, vendors, and customers which received recognition from Ragan Communications,

    One of the top dairy processors in the world and the largest in Canada. Saputo produces, markets, and distributes a wide array of dairy products, including cheese, extended shelf-life milk, and cream and cultured products and dairy ingredients. Dairy Foods $2 billion division of 2200 employees across 12 locations in the United States.

     

    ·       Development and execution of internal communications strategies that facilitate change management, drive company business objectives, promote employee engagement and enhance culture across the organization. 2200 employees across 12 locations in the United States.

    ·       Develop and execute crisis communications including press releases, product recall process, leader talking points and FAQs.

    ·       Develop and execute launch strategy to communicate business objectives helping employees to understand how the work they do ties to them.

    ·       Development and executive of large-scale events including global convention

    ·       Design and execution of community giving programs including multi-year partnership, giving programs, and local community events.

    ·       Design and launch culture-driving initiatives including service award program, value map exercise created by Paradigm Learning, and scholarship program.
